Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015
An overview
- This is lead auditor classroom-based training course.
- This training is to provide participants with the knowledge & skills needed to fulfill their role as a fully trained Lead Auditor of QMS against ISO 9001:2015.
- The course includes the 2-stage audit approach for certification of the QMS, in conformity with the ISO/IEC 17021 standard.
- This course is aligned to the ISO 19011:2018, the guidelines on auditing "management systems".
Objectives of this ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor course
- This course aims to equip participants with, but not limited to, the following knowledge and skills set
- knowledge of the purpose of QMS standards, management systems audit, third-party certification and the business benefits linked to improved performance of the organization,
- knowledge of the role & responsibilities of lead auditor & auditor to plan, coordinate, conduct, report and follow-up QMS audit in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021, and
- skills to plan, conduct, report and follow-up on an audit of QMS to establish conformity with ISO 9001:2015 in line with ISO 19011:2018 and ISO/IEC 17021-1.

ISO 9001 Transition (To 2015)
An overview
This ISO 9001:2015 transition training course is aimed at existing Lead Auditors and Auditors who perform first, second and third-party audits of quality management systems against ISO 9001:2008.
Objectives of this course
This course aims at equipping the participants with the following knowledge and skills set
- annex SL, Appendix 2, and the framework for the new ISO high-level structure,
- specific new requirements relating to context, leadership, planning, and support,
- new and revised terms and definitions applicable to ISO 9001:2015,
- key concepts such as risk-based thinking and process approach, and
- other changes in the requirements between ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015.
The benefits of this transition course
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to
- understand all changes between ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015, and
- identify what needs to be reviewed and revised in the current QMS to meet new requirements.
